GENERAL:
A) Various sizes of each artificial plant pictured are usually available. When ordering, please refer to corresponding catalog number for specific size desired. Catalog photos are of the actual plants we sell, although variations should be expected, especially custom-made trees with natural trunks. All of the plants can be shaped to achieve the desired effect and height indicated. Custom-made tree height is figured from the bottom of the trunk (floor level) to the top of the leaves. Some items will require assembly upon receipt. This is normally very simple, however, just call if you need some help.

B) DECORATIVE POTS pictured with plants are NOT included.  "Optional plaster base" refers to an added plaster base, NOT the decorative planters shown with each plant. Decorative planters are not included. Note: some items may include a decorative pot, it will be in the description. Artificial cactus cannot be shipped with an "optional plaster base" without damaging the cactus. However, all cactus can be ordered with a plaster w/paper mache' pot, "potting kit".

C) DISCOUNTING is available. You're more likely to get a discount on multiple quantities of the same item or high dollar orders. Just ask!!

D) Height is measured to the base of the stem, so potting may reduce the advertised height.

E) SHIPPING is different for every order, depending on the sizes and your shipping location. ALL ORDERS ARE TOTALED WITHOUT FREIGHT ADDED. Please submit all your information to get an accurate shipping quote.

ALL orders will be quoted with shipping by phone or email BEFORE YOUR order is processed. We will not process your credit card until you are satisfied with the order. Once we receive confirmation from you, your credit card will be charged before the order ships for non-returnable custom-made items.

F) We are very sorry but we require a  $130 MINIMUM ORDER

G) The ONLY items recommended for OUTDOOR USE are located in the UV PROTECTED OUTDOOR SECTION.

H) We will always protect your privacy and DO NOT sell your email address or other client information! We will never Spam you either.

I) Due to shipping constraints, most items will require shaping after removing from the carton. This is simply bending and twisting the stems for your desired shape. If you need help call us and we'll be more than happy to help!

J) We try to keep the prices as low as possible. Our manufacturer sometimes surprises us with a price increase, so all the prices on this site are subject to change. Typographical errors on our website are also subject to change and correction when noted.

K) Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax. All other states are tax free.

POTTING IN PLASTER: Plants and vines are shipped bare stem, flat and unshaped unless you specify Potted in Plaster. Most Cactus cannot be potted before shipment because the delivery folks have a tendency to break them. They'll come with a potting kit (if ordered) that you just add some water to the plaster and pour into the paper mache' pot.

DELIVERY: Trees and plants that must ship via truck and are potted in paper mache' average 35lbs or more and are shipped freight invoiced unless otherwise specified. Some natural wood trunk trees are shipped in specially designed cartons for protection against damage. Wooden crates are necessary for trees 9 ' and larger and an additional charge may apply. ShopFoliage.com or BZR Brothers are not liable for deliveries delayed by weather or any other reason not in the control of ShopFoliage.com or BZR Brothers. Truck shipments to residential addresses may be subject to an additional charge. Delivery times are usually 7 to 10 days after you order is filled. Custom made items and the addition on potting in plaster may require several business days to fill before shipment.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted only by prior authorization by e-mail to info@ shopfoliage.com , or phone at 866-772-1033. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. PLEASE inspect merchandise before signing bill of lading and in the event of damage, please mark it on the bill of lading and notify ShopFoliage.com immediately. Claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier and must be noted before signing the delivery receipt. Please notify us of damage and photograph the box when the items were not signed for. Returns are accepted ONLY by prior authorization. Please call to get an authorization number BEFORE you send back items. Mark the outside of the cartons with the return authorization number. All authorized returns must be made within 10 days of return approval.

You will be responsible for shipping costs back to the manufacturer and a 25 percent restocking fee on the merchandise retail price and original shipping will not be refunded if you choose to return the items. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge with proper authorization ONLY. Returns without proper notification will not be credited and ShopFoliage.com will be held exempt from any responsibility.
CUSTOM made Items, Modified items, Plants with ADDED potting in plaster, and "SALE" items ARE NOT refundable. Custom made trees normally start with the prefix W in the item number. Example: W-777 . Please inquire if you are not sure at the time of order.
